1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By creating an account, logging in, or using PanditSathi (panditsathi.com), including our Vedic Janam Kundali generation and consultation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & MARKETPLACE ROLE
PanditSathi is a premier spiritual platform offering:
(a) A verified marketplace connecting devotees with Vedic scholars and pandits for pujas and ceremonies.
(b) Computational Vedic astrology tools including Hindu Panchang, Shubh Muhurat, and astronomical Janam Kundali (Birth Chart) calculations.
(c) Premium digital astrological reports and live one-on-one astrologer consultation chat sessions.

3. USER ELIGIBILITY & REGISTRATION
- Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration, contact requests, and birth chart creation (date, time, and place of birth).
- Credential Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and OTPs.
- Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase digital reports or consult with astrologers.

4. JANAM KUNDALI & DIGITAL ASTROLOGICAL SERVICES
PanditSathi provides two official purchase plans:
(1) Full Janam Kundali Report: Complete 16 divisional charts (Shodashvarga), planetary coordinates, 120-year Vimshottari Mahadasha timeline, yogas, doshas, and certified archival 7-page PDF download.
(2) Report + 45-Min Chat Combo: The complete 16-chart PDF Report plus a 45-minute live one-on-one consultation session with a Vedic Astrologer.

5. PAYMENT PROCESSING (RAZORPAY) & PRICING
- Secure Payments: All digital orders and fees on PanditSathi are processed securely via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway).
- Supported Payment Modes: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and NetBanking.
- No Financial Data Storage: PanditSathi does not store your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or netbanking passwords on our servers.
- Transparent Pricing: Plan prices are shown clearly in Indian Rupees (INR) with no hidden surcharges.

6. DIGITAL GOODS & CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
- Instant Digital Delivery: Janam Kundali PDF reports and live astrologer consultation sessions are custom digital services generated immediately upon order confirmation based on individual birth coordinates.
- Non-Refundable Nature: In accordance with consumer standards for customized digital goods, all purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated or the consultation chat session has commenced.
- Technical Failure Protection: In the rare event of a verified technical glitch (e.g. payment deducted but report generation fails or session cannot be initiated due to system downtime), our support team will regenerate your report or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days upon contacting support@panditsathi.com.

7. ASTROLOGICAL GUIDANCE DISCLAIMER
All astrological calculations, planetary positions, Dasha timelines, and consultation readings are based on traditional Vedic scriptures (Brihat Parashara Hora Shastra, Phaladeepika) and mathematical ephemeris (Lahiri True Chitra Paksha). They are provided solely for spiritual, cultural, and personal guidance. Astrological insights do not constitute certified medical, financial, or legal advice.

8. PANDIT LISTINGS & CEREMONIES
Pandit profiles and ceremonies are listed following our peer verification process. Any dakshina, samagri, and ceremony timings are agreed directly between the devotee and the Pandit.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
PanditSathi shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform, astrological calculations, or ceremony scheduling.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
